Please can you ensure you complete the walk reports for your walks.

The recce report is needed as it provides documentary proof that a risk assessment has been carried out. A risk assessment is a requirement of our insurance. It also allows us to provide advice to you on any issues that may have been spotted during the recce.

A walk report is needed so that we know the numbers on our walks and have details of how the walks went.

The online form for submitting recce and walk reports can be found in the members area of our website and only takes 5 mins to fill in.
