The sky is so blue and clear as we set off. Not a cloud in sight just plane vapour trials to fill the sky.
And before we even start we see our first road disappearing into the distance. Who would have guessed it!
We can see for miles.
We stop again to enjoy the views.
We stop for our first break.
It's nice to see hedge-rows full of the first snowdrops.
The views are quite good as well.
In fact I was enjoying the views so much I started to get left behind. Hey wait for me!
With the air so clear you can see for miles.
Stuart finds us a nice Beer Garden for our lunchtime stop. What a surprise they even serve real ale.
Q: How many Ramblers can you fit on a bridge?
A: Not sure but someone at the back is about to jump.
A: Not sure but someone at the back is about to jump.
Stuart put out lots of warnings on the website about the amount of mud we might hit on this path. But the path seems fine.
Spoke to soon. This is starting to look muddy. I have been swarn to secrecy and am not allowed to mention who fell here. (E##a)
We stop to clean off the mud and make sure nobody is missing.
We head back to the cars, along another road disappearing into the distance.
Stuard leads us back into Swaby. Thanks to Stuart for leading the walk.
