We start this walk with a really big road going into the distance, the A46.

The Autumn colours look nice in the trees.

Nice view.

In fact, a perfect place to stop for lunch.

I have heard of farm neighbourhood watch, but these cows are really keeping a close eye on us!!

On we go.

Its really surprising how much nice countryside there is near Lincoln.

Lincoln Cathedral shows its face over the tree tops.

Yep, some really nice countryside.

We take a break by the canal.

Lincoln in sight.

The maze is thought to be carved by a small cell of monks that lived here in the 13th century. They would have done it on their knees as penitence.
