We are invited to join Jayne, the Poacher Line Community Rail Officer for a delightful 6½ mile linear walk along paths and lanes from Ancaster to Sleaford.
Meet SLEAFORD railway station at 11am to catch the 11.12 train to Ancaster then walk back to Sleaford. All welcome.
Walk is free but train fares apply.

Walk Difficulty Gradings
- Very Easy:
- Short walk on the flat or with an occasional incline.
- Easy:
- Normal length walk on the flat or over rolling countryside.
- Medium:
- Normal length walk over rolling countryside with a few steep hills to climb or descents.
- Hard:
- Normal length walk over hilly countryside including many steep climbs and descents.
- Very Hard:
- Normal to extended walks over hilly countryside requiring a good head for heights, maybe some easy scrambling involved but nothing dangerous.
