A gentle walk from Scopwick through the woodlands and countryside of the area. We visit the villages of Rowston, Kirkby Green and Blankney using the areas many footpaths and bridleways. Parts of this walk interlink with the Spires and Steeples route which some of you may remember from August! We shall be meeting at the Scopwick War Graves/Playground Car Park.

Meeting Point / Venue
Scopwick is small village 10km south of Lincoln in Lincolnshire, England. The main road runs parallel to a narrow beck which lends a scenic charm to the street scene. The parish also includes Kirkby Green, a hamlet to the east of Scopwick.
The village cemetery includes a War Graves site for airmen from RAF Digby that had previously been called RAF Scopwick and contains many graves from the casualties of WWII.
