Complaints Procedure

The Lincolnshire Walking Group doesn't want unhappy members. If you have an issue with anything about the group or the website, it's important that we hear your concerns so that we can put things right. If you would like to raise a concern we can offer you a series of options.

• Have an informal conversation with one of the committee members.
• Use the Contact Us Page to raise your complaint formally.

We endeavour to take all complaints seriously. If you're not happy with how we deal with your particular issue then please contact Stuart Parker, the groups advisor and area secretary for the Lincolnshire Ramblers.

Submission of walk photos for publicity purposes

We welcome all photos from your walks with us. By sending photos into us you are agreeing to the following:

• That you are the copyright owner of the photos.
• That you give permission for the photos to be reproduced royalty free.
• That the photos may be used on this website or for any other form of publicity material, computer screen savers, newsletters, any other forms of publications and purposes that we see fit.
• That the photos can be used for the above by Lincolnshire Walking Group, The Ramblers and any other affiliated organization and their members.
• That we have permission to crop, re-size, "clean up" or otherwise modify the photos.
• That we cannot credit the photo to you.
• That we reserve the right not to publish all the photographs that are sent in
